I'm Cassie & I scribble the recipes & ramblings here at nosh ~ thank you friends for lending your eyes today!

Veganism & nature are some of the the most important things in my life! So, I thought, instead of devoting hours to dreaming, why not put pen to paper? & then food to mouth. I began bashing all sorts of flavours together & serving up bowlful after bowlful of my mind's eye. I love doing what I do & wanna share my happiness with you! You can get to know what kind of stuff goes in nosh down below...

 

Aside from vegan food, I'm also passionate about veganism as a lifestyle & have tonnes of other interests I'm always wanting to chat about! So alongside my recipes, I've started up nosh natters as a place to free my mind's energy & curiosity.  Quite often all sorts of gremlins appear in life & you need a place of solitude & tranquillity to escape. I find this place in my creativity ~ in my cooking, in my writing, in my very lively, neurodiverse mind. I'm trying my hardest to keep my judgement healthy & as I seek to find clarity, I like to share my more balanced thoughts on nosh natters. A cluster of my ramblings on living sustainably ~ anorexia recovery  ~ compassion ~ autism ~ my many interests.

 

But back to nosh ... one thing I'm learning while treading my path of recovery from anorexia is that we must nourish to flourish. A happy tummy is one of balance & love ~ not restriction & shame. I design plant plates that are crammed with the wholesome yummies, earthy wonders & all things vegan. This blend of presence of mind & plentiful grub nourishes the spirit which revitalises the circle of a cleansed mind, body & soul! So, I've plated up nourishing nosh where I'd like to share with you the food & thoughts that add serenity to my life & hopefully add a little more to yours. Sending peace always x

Recipes here at nosh aren't glued to a particular cuisine or mealtime ... they're a mash of flavours I have gathered when foraging for inspiration! But I have guided my goodies to sit in 3 categories (found here) just to herd the variety:
